Yes, that body was cut in half by someone, so hope you have good glassing skills! The pans have rusted out and it appears they are including new pan halves. Make sure they are the same year as the chassis and will fit. Determine if you have the ability to do this work. I would ask for a picture of the dash from the inside to see what condition it is in. I would think you can get him down on the price as well. There is a lot of work, time and money to completing this project.
