Gold Paint for Empi

We are restoring a '68 Empi Imp which was originally a gold metal flake color. Is there a way to get a paint #. Also, the accessories (windshield frame, headlights, etc.) are chrome but I perfer the look of black. Will it hurt the value to paint them black?
